Blood-Bellflower: A Bellflower Bunnies Tale.
Chapter 3.

Periwinkle, who was still shaken of what happened with not only the incident between Poppy and Violette and Pimpernelle and Emile, but also what Pimpernelle said to him out of anger, what Poppy said to him out of fury and hatred, as well as behavior towards Bramble and Zinnia, went to town to see Austin and tell him what had happened recently today in attempt to take his mind off the recent problems. While heading to Austin’s family estate, he saw Tony Papenbrook, his friend. Periwinkle could see that Tony was looking very worried. “Hi, Tony.” Said Periwinkle “Why are you looking so worried.”, “It concerns of what is happening in Blueberry Hill’s Downtown Area.” Said Tony “People were acting foul and bad-tempered. The civilians have been behaving like that for hours.”, “Tell me what happened.” Said Periwinkle, “Their behaviour and persona have been recently acting outrageous and seemingly vulgar.” Said Tony “There were restless movements, fits of frustration and violence, becoming bedridden, arguing with each other, abusing younger people or elderly, lack of sleep, mental breakdowns, uncaring manners and other vulgar acts. Nobody knows why they were acting like this, but I suggest you stay away from anyone in such manner, trust my word on this.”, Periwinkle was worried, then he remembered something of what Lilli and her parents Gunther and Agathe told them about something that happened months ago, and yet he was more worried about this. “I remember something about months ago when Gunter and Agathe, Lilli’s parents, told me and my family something after an ordeal with some gangsters trying to steal their documents, as well as my father’s documents.” Said Periwinkle “The home they once lived in before moving to Blueberry Hill was ravaged by a mysterious demonic plague that drove civilians mad, and that Lilli and her parents were amongst those who survived and escaped the devastation. They saw what happened yet didn’t intend to discuss that with anyone but those close to them.”, “Does that mean you believe me?” asked Tony, “Yeah.” Said Periwinkle “If what you said is true, then I might find an answer to all of this in Blueberry Hill.”, Periwinkle waved goodbye to Tony and continued to Austin’s family estate. While heading there, he saw an erect rabbit man named Latodoros Asmodandas, Periwinkle recognized him as one of the teachers working at his school, he could he was bedridden and had a fit of frustration. Periwinkle ran up to him while Tony followed him. “Mr Asmodandas.” Said Periwinkle “What is wrong with you, you’re looking strange and very bad-tempered.”, “Go away!” snapped Latodoros “I want to be alone!”, “What’s your problem, Mr Asmodandas?” asked Periwinkle “You seem to be a quiet but well-mannered man, but you’re acting very destructive and disrespectful. I don’t know why you behaved like this, but that’s not nice to say such things to me when you’re in a bad mood. Aren’t you concerned about everyone here who are acting like a bunch of angry maniacs?”, “I don’t care about anything or anyone else!” sneered Latodoros “So get the hell out of my sight!”, then Latodoros angrily slammed the door much to Periwinkle’s shock and concern. “I don’t know what’s wrong.” Said Periwinkle “Something tells me that everyone has been mentally acting destructive and disrespectful.”, then Periwinkle heard yelling and complaining from the windows of many civilians, he even heard crashing and breaking sounds, and people letting out angry and hostile words such as “Screw you”, “I hate you”, “I’ll kill you for this” or “Get out of my sight”. Periwinkle even saw an erect rabbit man picking a fight with another erect rabbit man, Periwinkle was horrified, he knew something is wrong with everyone in the area. Periwinkle also saw a furious lop rabbit girl having a huge argument with an erect rabbit girl, then he saw them picking a fight with each other. Periwinkle also saw an erect rabbit woman yelling and arguing with her teenage son, her son punched his mother in the face and swore at her, then his mother slapped him in the face and swore at him too. Then Periwinkle saw two policemen arguing with each other, and one of them punched the other in the face. Periwinkle used one of his magical abilities, an ability to see the auras of those people, he can use that ability to see what individuals truly are inside and what are their thoughts and intentions. Then Periwinkle gasped in shock and see saw dark auras with dark red glowing sparks coming out from them. Periwinkle could see they like his older brother Poppy weren’t being themselves recently and their minds were driven mad with some of kind of alchemy contaminated with black magic. Periwinkle was more concerned with the civilians, “This isn’t good.” Said Periwinkle “It’s not just my brother Poppy who were behaving destructively, but most of the civilians. Something isn’t right.”. Periwinkle continued walking to the Cleanheart Family Estate to see Austin, little did they know that 5 mysterious figures were watching them from the roof of an apartment building.

While almost near the Cleanheart Family Estate, Periwinkle heard voices from an abandoned building which was once a convenience store. Then he came to check he heard crashing sounds, he took a peak and saw 2 human individuals that he never saw before. They happen to be Chad Thompson and Infin. Upon seeing and hearing the conversation, Periwinkle was surprised, he never thought human beings would appear in Blueberry Hill, yet that those 2 humans weren’t the first he saw, but another human being named Joshua Kiryu is the actual first human Periwinkle saw and met. “Have you lost your mind, you idiot?!” yelled Chad “I worked so hard only to end up being exposed for deception as well as my attempts to double-cross that organization!!!”, “You know it wasn’t our intention for the turn of events to happen, nor it was my decision to have you do something that’ll have you at the risk of being exposed.” Said Infin “They just told us that everything they can is good enough to handle the danger.”, “Yeah, what about it?!” said Chad “I got a run-in with a group of Foxhell gangsters when they exposed my attempts of getting away with information, including on what they are planning to do when coming after that demi-god rabbit boy with divine god-like powers! Now I call this awfully far from everything, including something that should’ve been good enough to handle danger!”, “The only thing we could do is see if there is something happening at the rabbit colony called Blueberry Hill.” Said Infin “We need to oversee if Periwinkle, the son of the late divine mystic and demi-god Isabella Bellflower, is going to do well in his life and his safety.”, “Confound it all!” said Chad “If that organization the Foxhell syndicate get their hands on him, who knows what will happen, and the worse case that they’ll not only make a use of his abilities but also a possible attempt of taking his life! We can’t just let him be endangered!”, “I would like to hear all about this.” Said Periwinkle as he got inside the building “I need an explanation from both of you.”. Chad and Infin were surprised to see Periwinkle, they did recognize him, yet they have no idea he overheard and saw everything. “What the hell are you doing here?!” screamed Chad “Did you…!?!”, “Yeah I did see and heard everything.” Said Periwinkle “You were talking about me, were you?”, “Yes, that’s correct.” Said Infin “I don’t intend for an issue to come here, and we don’t want you to know everything at a time like this.”, “Why?” asked Periwinkle, “We know that this organization Foxhell is hunting you down and you’ll be in danger if that organization gets their hands on you.” Said Infin “It is true that you’re a divine magical demi-god born with a heart devoid of evil and darkness. But still, if you end up knowing something from us at time like this, you’ll be endangering both yourself and your family. Yet we know you may hold the key to the future of mortalkind of the planet you currently live in.”, “Yeah, I think you’re right.” Said Periwinkle “I understand that you two human boys were having a conversation at this spot filled with sentient rabbits like us, but if they see you, who knows what will happen.”, “Pretend you never heard or saw anything here.” Said Chad “If they hear that you spot humans here in this building, they’ll be dire and nasty results that’ll… Well, you know what I mean.”, “I understand.” Said Periwinkle “But I’ll keep this conversation classified from anyone but a few friends I deem trustworthy.”, “Seriously?” Said Infin, “Yup.” Said Periwinkle “I know you have been trying to make sure your presence won’t get revealed by our kind, but sooner or later someone may figure out your presence here.”, “Are you serious?” asked Chad, “Yeah, I’m afraid so.” Said Periwinkle “And by way, what are names?”, “Infin.” Said Infin “My name is Infin Laimarstov.”, “And I’m Chad Thompson.” Said Chad, “Thanks.” Said Periwinkle “I have a feeling we may cross paths again soon.”, then Periwinkle left the building and headed to Austin’s family estate.

Upon arriving at the Cleanheart Family Estate, a place owned and run by the Margrave and Lady Margrave, Frediano and Tristanbelle, who were also nobles and heads of their territories as well as supporters to the sovereigns of the colonies; Periwinkle meet up with Austin and his younger sister Ruka. Periwinkle then explained to Austin about what had happened today, not only the absence of the sweets, the incident between 2 of Periwinkle’s siblings and his friend Pimpernelle and his schoolmate Emile, Pimpernelle’s fury and blind hatred towards Periwinkle’s family after the incident she had, Poppy’s destructive temper after being punished by his father which resulted in offending his family as well as kicking his father in the crotch, the unusual behavior surrounding the civilians in Downtown Blueberry Hill, and of course witnessing and hearing the conversation between Infin and Chad, as well as his conversation with the 2 human youths. “I see.” Said Austin “So that’s what happened. I knew some clairvoyants as well as some mystics and shamans did foresee, foretold and predicted that something odd like this did happen. Yet I had a strange feeling something like this did happen today.”, “Yeah.” Said Periwinkle “The behavior of my older brother Poppy, my friend Pimpernelle swearing me and my family off, as well as the behavior of many civilians were somehow unusual. Something tells me it may be connected to the visions I had in my dreams over the past 2 months. I need to find answers to all of this. I don’t like the looks of it, but I fear this would endanger everyone including myself here.”, “I agree with you.” Said Periwinkle “But still, I want to make sure everything is alright with me, my family and our friends, including you and your sister.”, “Are you sure?” asked Austin, “Yeah, I’m sure.” Said Periwinkle “I better head back and meet up with my father. He’s going to take Poppy and Violette to see Pimpernelle. However, I have a strange feeling that they won’t be able to see Emile for a reason, one that I’ll find out soon enough.”, “Why?” asked Austin, “I don’t why.” Said Periwinkle “Yet I suspect something odd is going to happen sooner or later.”, “OK.” Said Austin “I understand.”, then Periwinkle waved goodbye to Austin, then headed back to Blueberry Mansion. Periwinkle had a strange feeling something odd yet dreadful will happen next.
