The Rainfurrest Variety Show is more than just a masquerade, it's a chance to really strut your stuff - even if you don't have a fursuit! One grand prize will be given to the best act, but there will be awards for all participating acts. So don't be shy - you get stuff!

If you are a costumer or visual artist and would like to participate in the Masquerade, here is what you should do:

Once signed up, you will be added to an e-mailing list which will receive information about the Masquerade up through contime, how to prepare for it, and how things will be organized.

Alrighty, with Further Confusion 2003 just about a month away, it's that
time of the year again! FC will once again be hosting a variety show. This
is the general call for all persons that wish to participate to step up to
the plate and submit an act. Acts should be roughly 2-3 minutes in length
(they can be longer but you'll have to talk to me about it). I would also
ask of course that the acts be considered "clean" in nature. As our rules
have stated for the past few years "no costume is still 'No costume"

Hello Everyone. My name is Brian "Axelroo" Chris Baker, head of this year's ConifurNW 2K2 Masquerade. The time is ticking down and we need a head count of those who will be participating in this years event. We got a two dressing rooms and a beautiful backstage to practice on way out of sight from public oncomers. You can be sure, this is going to be a good year for ConifurNW.

Attention all furry costumers! Do you have a new costume that you're
dying to show off to the world? Then we've got just the place for you to
do it.

Further Confusion will continue the tradition of previous years
and plans to have a costume Masquerade and all students, be you fursuiters
and furry costumers, are invited to enter. This event will be made
complete only if you decide to enter. If you've got the perfect costume
to show off, or if you have the perfect performance in mind for your
costume, then this is your chance to show it to all the attendees, and
maybe win an award.

The Further Confusion Masquerade is looking for a small group of experienced fursuiters and furry costumers who will be attending the convention this January and would like to serve on a panel of expert judges to help judge the costume presentation portion of the Masquerade.
